Helpful and friendly staff and the best! thai cousine on the entire island.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Thanya Beach Resort: fantastic, tropical nature (we even saw hornbills), amazing snorkeling at the reef right in front of the hotel, clean rooms and very nice and really helpful staff 😃. We would love to come back!

“easy, relaxing stay at a beautiful remote island”

amazing location, right on the beach front and at the step of a lush forest. property grounds well maintained and easy to navigate. this resort has a swimming pool, if you are in to that, we were at the beach. room had everything needed for the stay and was very clean (AC, mini fridge, mosquito nets). **the beach on this side of the island is amazing! clear night skies!

Third stay at Thanya and certainly not the last! Always at the seaview bungalows. My home in Koh Ngai, thanks to all the staff!

The room and location was amazing .The reception staff sooo helpful especially when our ferry got cancelled. Chalet maids were great always had a smile.

It’s perfect. The food, the staff, the beach and the location are wonderful. If you’re looking for a busy nightlife then it’s not your place but if you’re looking for great food, lovely cocktails, perfect beach and relaxation you won’t find better.

Paradise on Earth

This resort is a true paradise, everything is taken care of you just need to enjoy and relax. The location is very convenient, close to ferries but not on direct path so it feels very calm. Quite a few restaurants, bars nearby (we liked Ohana, they have nice pizzas), as well as minimarket for essentials (cash only). Hotel restaurant was good, staff very kind, so if you feel hungry you can have quick snack, lunch, dinner or a drink to enjoy on the lounge by the sea,, prices are reasonable too. Hotel Bar was very nice also, the two bartenders were super kind and friendly. You can also get a massage right by the sea, we enjoyed it too. As for activities - snorkeling is amazing, take a walk in the jungle (there is quite a good path) to the other part of the island or take a tour to the islands nearby, but honestly, its so nice not to hurry anywhere and truly relax. Hotel staff was kind and helpful, attentive to details and truly professional, we really appreciate that :) I really recommend this place for people who want to get away from busy cities or other bigger islands, you for sure will relax here. We stayed 6 nights and it wasn't too much or boring at all (3-6 nights is perfect in my opinion).

“Snorkellers paradise”

The reef in front of the hotel was awesome. The restaurant lunch dinner and dessert was fantastic. Good seafood options.

The resort area was beautiful and the location at the end of the beach was nice and quiet. Our bungalow was clean, spacious and had everything we could need. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful stay!

“Nearly Paradise”

Fantastic location with direct access to a beautiful beach. At high tide it is ideal for swimming, at low tide perfect for snorkelling. The reef is just 50m from the beach and at low tide you can swim just above the coral. Trail starts behind the resort and leads to Paradise Beach, which adds some variety to your stay, on an island with no roads or facilities outside your resort. Rooms are in good condition and well equipped, cleaned every day Reception takes care of your transfer.

“Lovely relaxing stay”

Great location on the small island. The pool and surrounding area, just in front of the beach, is a great space with lots of deck chairs and trees for shade. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing some of the best we had. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space including good storage, and were cleaned everyday day.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I have travelled a lot and this is easily one of nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. The scenery, soundscapes, floral scents the helpful and hospitable staff made this an amazing experience. Love that the hotel is family owned, and really enjoyed the surrounding jungle setting.

Great location! Super nice bungalow with sea view. Food and drinks were good and the staff super friendly! Only minus was the hard bed, and the location of the room as it was a bit noisy in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Thanya Beach Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to truly relax. The resort is beautiful and surrounded by nature, with animals around that were lovely to watch. The views and the colour of the water are absolutely spectacular — it honestly feels like paradise. The staff were exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful, and really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day and always felt fresh and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal there. The swimming pool was a great size and never felt crowded, which added to the calm and relaxing vibe. When going into the sea, it’s worth bringing swimming shoes as there are some rocks at the entry. Leaving was genuinely hard, and we would happily return.

“Absolutely wonderful place to stay..”

It’s a wonderful hotel, immersed in nature, hearing the birds, seeing the butterflies and the presence of the monitor lizards. I absolutely loved this place. We travel a lot and loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The staff are very endearing and kind. Plenty of sun loungers and space to enjoy the beautiful views. There were lots of well behaved children which gave it a nice family feel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The resort is located near coral reef and the end point f the beach which gives more privacy. Territory full of blooming trees and flowers reminds of Eden Garden with tropical birds. Also it has pond with water monitor lizards.
