Customer service was great. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Atmosphere was great and welcome. Tree villa pool room was stunning & facilities is well taken care. Location is just about 15mins walk by foot to walk street or able to book tuk tuk via the reception. Both was way is accessible.

The location the cleanliness and the staff were very good the new pool was empty every day it was one of the best pools I’ve been in so relaxing , we had a sand villa with a pool but it was on the shade from 11 am so we went to the pool and then came back at 3 pm where we had sun we had a floating g breakfast which was lovely too

It was beautifully designed and clean. Great location and wonderful staff especially Darika, May, Leo, salama, Run, and. Meena. The massages were the best from the lovely Monika and Thung. They all couldn’t have been more helpful out friendly. I lost a sentimentally valuable jewellery item while there and the team went over and beyond to help me even after we had left. Faultless service.

I had an amazing stay at the Irene Pool Villa Resort from start to finish. I was welcomed so warmly by Mar, one of the staff members, who showed me around the resort, answered all my questions, and gave me great local tips. She was incredibly kind and genuine, and thanks to her I felt comfortable and at home right away. The resort itself is beautiful — you have one of the most gorgeous beaches right in front of you, and it’s such a peaceful place to relax and recharge. Everything was just perfect, clean and calm. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I can’t wait to come back!🩵

Location, food, hotel room etc. are extremely good and comfy. My daughter and I enjoyed very much the SPA and excellent service provided by Aoii and Thung, my daughter wants to go back the day we left the island.

We stayed for two nights in a Tree Pool Villa. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and feel luxurious. There’s a bathtub with a view outside, and of course, a private pool for a truly relaxing experience. ‏We asked to move to a villa with more privacy — if privacy is important to you, it’s recommended to request it in advance. staff was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel has an amazing private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a pool right next to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service several times a day to Walking Street. You can also order breakfast to your room and have it served on a floating tray in your private pool — a wonderful upgrade to the experience, offered at no extra cost.

Everything was amazing and the service levels exceeded expectations

Our stay at Irene was nothing short of perfect. The resort is located on the best beach of the island, and is so beautiful and new. The rooms are amazing, the staff quick and attentive and made sure at all times that we were taken care of. Loved also all the little details and comfort of the room and the possibility to have your breakfast there. We were staying for our honeymoon and the Irene staff made It super special for us.

“Amazing beachfront property on the most beautiful paradise ever”

This hotel is simply amazing. It has a beachfront location on one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been on. Each bungalow has a massive floor to ceiling window in front of the bed opening out onto the balcony and directly onto the beach. This felt so private and yet just a few yards from the most beautiful clear water and white powdery sand. We loved the room itself; the decor was amazing and we loved having a bathtub as well as a shower. Staff at the hotel were great and offered us complimentary transfers as well as complimentary shuttle bus into town each night. Even if you don’t take a shuttle; such is the location that you can easily walk into the Main Street on Lipe. The breakfast was lovely and was delivered to your room to have on your balcony at no extra cost. We loved this hotel; it’s one of our favourite hotels ever on one of our favourite islands and we would love to return here.
