The host was very friendly and when we arrived there were scooter to rent for 200 baht per day cheapest I have seen in Thailand. She also got us free coconuts and was very friendly. This is our last stay in Thailand and I can say that it was the best. The location is in the middle of the island so it’s perfect to rent the scooter which is very cheap to just explore the island.

Good value for money

“Lovely family , great rooms, terrible wifi”

The owners were incredibly nice. Very helpful throughout the stay I liked the location as it was about in the centre of the island which means you need a bike, which they have on site and will rent to you no problem. The room was large and had 2 queen size beds. good air con. there is a water dispenser for cold and hot water and they have free coffee. each morning the lady gave me some biscuits for breakfast. very quiet.

We loved it. No thrills experience in a local persons home. Everything we needed was accounted for. Some tricky translation conversations (as the host was away, but available via text), but the hosts mother was wonderfully charming and we were very pleased to have chosen this option. Great location to explore the island and what a fantastic island it is. Think authentic experience not regurgitated resort holiday.

It was in the middle of the island , we are walkers so there were plenty directions for us to take a walk.

“Lovely stay in a quiet homestay”

Nice, clean, big room with air-con. A friendly lady that runs this homestay and she arranged two scooters for us at a reasonable rate. Her daughter spoke English and was available via Whatsapp to arrange taxis and to answer any questions.

Staff was very kind. Everything was neat. I really enjoyed my stay here :)

The owner , Mama, was a lovely little old lady. She was an angel...Just wonderfull and so helpful.

Very spacious and clean room. A nice veranda. The old lady who takes care of the house is very kind. Very quiet nights. Loved all the cats of the house.

“Fabulous homestay, beautiful island, friendly people”

I had a lovely time in Koh Libong and at the sunrise homestay. The mother and son team that runs the homestay are delightful. They made me feel at home and looked after me during my stay with lifts around the island, bike hire, and delicious breakfast. Everyone on the island is so friendly and the scenery is stunning. A very special place.

Very clean and made to feel very welcome, every aspect of our stay (bikes, trips etc) was arranged for us. Fresh coconuts from the garden!

The room was clean and comfortable, everything was very good for the money, but what really amazed us was tash and his mother, who helped us with everything from renting a scooter to taking trips. They are such nice people, even though we saw most of the island in our week there, we would gladly come back to visit them and eat the amazing food of the island.

This is the best place to stay on Koh Libong. The host was so kind and gave us free coconuts all the time. The room is one of the cleanest and biggest we stayed in all of Thailand.
