This guesthouse is a disaster. The room has mold all over the walls, peeling plaster, and the bathroom paint is flaking off. The duvet covers are clearly unclean with stains. Worse, we were forced to check out before 11 AM with no flexibility. Overpriced, unhygienic, and totally ruined our Koh Larn stay. Never again!

The rooms are relatively new, clean & the bed is comfortable. Aircon works well in silent mode. Nual Beach walkable or flag a tuk-tuk down. There’s a nice sea view restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The owner picked us up & dropped us off a pier.

Great value for money. Very spacious, clean rooms. Cafe on site to order drinks. Short bike ride to Nual Beach.

Small family run hotel/homestay. The owners were lovely and happy to help anytime. Extremely good value for money. It's just a few minutes away from the main square so you're close enough to everything but still far enough that you get to enjoy the silence and peace. They also offer moto scooter rental. It was by far the cleanest and most modern accommodation I stayed in on this trip. Comfortable beds, nice shower pressure. Nice rooftop to enjoy morning coffee before heading out to explore Highly recommend

The room was spotless. The manager arranged scooter hire, with a very nice new scooter. Great room, perfect quiet location and we were even offered a free shuttle back to the ferry.

The owner of the hotel is skilled and with good attitude and patience. The overall condition of the room is quite good compared to other hotels'. (Of course there are better ones but this one is pretty good.) I quite like the lovely dog owned by the family of the owner. Have a fridge inside the room. You will not get much ripped of in this hotel.

I liked the room and the friendly reception. The location was great, within walking distance of the harbor—about 20 minutes. The bathroom was very spacious, and the hot water was excellent. The room was cute, and there was free Netflix on the TV, which was a great bonus!
