“A very special place”

We loved everything about Shantaa resort. We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place to be. It is a very peaceful, relaxing tranquil place. It is so well maintained and designed and the staff are so welcoming friendly and attentive. They have small attention to detail that give it the edge over other resorts, for example towels and drinking water at the pool and beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and really good coffee. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was really good too, lots of choice and really tasty fresh good quality food. The staff made everything so easy for us between bike hire and transfers etc. Would highly recommend staying here it is an exceptional setting. I wish them all the best for the future.

Amazing service provided. The reception confirms and arranges transport going to the pier when you leave which we never expected. Everyone is super friendly. The resort has beautiful views and decor. Everything is immaculately clean. The room, outdoor area and tables are cleaned every single day.

A place like a fairytale! A beautiful resort, beautifully maintained gardens, extensive resort grounds, and a beautiful beach. The cottages are nestled among greenery so you don't even notice the neighbors. The breakfasts and dishes in the restaurant are amazing. And finally, the most important thing: the service is fantastic, helpful, smiling, and perfect! We also recommend the Thai massage, which left us feeling reborn! Everything was perfect! This place is what I imagine paradise would look like. It so peaceful and green. The beds are super comfy, the level of cleanliness is great and your room is already clean when you come back from breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and having it with the beautiful sea view made it even better. You are surrounded by amazing nature and I just want to do back again

Incredibly high standard, the staff is unique, we have never been to such a perfect accommodation. We would not have thought that such a thing even existed. I can only recommend it. The bathroom was like a jungle, we were shocked by the sophistication. The view is stunning. We have been to other accommodation on Koh Kood, but it does not come close to Shantaa Resort.

The location is perfect for exploring Koh Kood while still feeling completely private and secluded. Every part of the resort feels crafted with care, and we left feeling genuinely refreshed. A truly special stay — one we’ll never forget.

What truly elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Their kindness never felt forced - it was natural, effortless, and deeply appreciated. The food was exceptional across the board. Each meal was full of vibrant flavors, beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The a-la-carte breakfast was another highlight of our dining experience! The resort grounds are absolutely stunning. Immaculately maintained, rich with tropical flora, and designed to create a sense of calm at every turn. Above all, what stays with you is the serenity. There’s a profound sense of calm here - a quiet, unhurried atmosphere that allows you to truly switch off and reconnect. Everything is amazing! This is truly a must place to stay if they have a room available. Food is amazing! We ate every evening at the resorts restaurant. Good pool, unlimited amount of drinking water and they know I room number from the beginning when I made the first order at the bar.
