The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding well. We will soon come back. Our stay in the Paradise Spa Resort, it was amazing!!!

We stayed at Koh Chang Paradise Resort and Spa with our 2-year-old son, who celebrated his birthday during our visit, and it was truly unforgettable. From arrival, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The resort is beautiful — lovely tropical gardens, a great pool area, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family with a small child. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful gesture the team prepared for our son's birthday. It put the biggest smile on his face and is something we'll always remember. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing tropical escape. We stayed in one of the newly built grand villas - along the beach. We have stayed here before in one of the older style Villas. The new villa is beautiful, clean and very comfortable

The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. The beach was soft sand with lots of shade between the palm trees. There were plenty of sunbeds around the beach and pool, and they were comfortable. The breakfast was ample and evening meals were lovely sitting in the open air or a table on the beach. Pool was lovely and clean and all the staff were polite and very helpful.

Perfect place, great staff, and an excellent location. I enjoyed every moment there and loved the area, pool, and beach. The restaurant food was very good, and I really liked the evening entertainment. Highly recommend this place, and if I go back to Koh Chang, I will definitely choose it again.

Very friendly staff, clean and relaxing. The beach was fantastic and the location good. Good value for money! Kids room and water park was fantastic.

“Wonderful resort on the beach”

Charming resort directly on the beach. We stayed in a pool villa, which is spacious and very comfortable. Beach towels are provided daily to the room. The new main pool has been completed and is very nice. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and on the beach. The staff members are really kind and helpful with any request you may have. The gym is on the smaller side but still functional. The variety of food for breakfast in the main restaurant is excellent, and there are new coffee machines this year.

The beach is situated in a lovely bay. Very picturesque. Loved it. The pool was great and there are showers nearby. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean, well situated, and gorgeous. There was a misunderstanding with our room, and the staff were very helpful and solved the problem.
