The host and helping personnel were very helpful, positive and I could always chat with them. I got to change to room to an upgraded one with the panoramic windows overseeing the jungle - felt very private definitely recommend

Really friendly staff and nice quiet location

The whole property is surrounded by beautiful greenery which is something you'll definitely appreciate during the sunny days (because of the shade, of course). The swimming pool in the middle also added a nice touch. I found my room to be very comfy and quite stylish. The mattress was really good, too. Wi-Fi worked quite well. The staff were really sweet.

“Beautiful place and beautiful host”

It was one of the best spots during my 2 month travels in Thailand and Laos. First of all, the host was super accomodating and made me feel like home which is important especially when you're travelling solo. The location was exactly what I needed - close to the nature and far away from tourist areas but with everything you may need around the corner - good restaurants, minimarkets, beach and even yoga next door. The boxes are located just by the sea and in the jungle so you can hear the wave sounds as well as jungle sounds at the same time which was the best thing to fall asleep and wakeup to. There is a small pool to cool yourself down and I had one of the best spots for my morning yoga routin just next to it on the deck - it made my stay. Other than that, you can rent out the scooter from the owner which is super convenient and explore more of this amazing island. Also, the pier to go to different islands, island hop or snorkle is really close to as well. If you are a traveller who likes to spent their holiday in a peacefull environment but not missing out from the comfort of having options to eat or meet people around the corner, this is a place for you. :)

We like a lot , I regret that we couldn't stay longer. Its queit relaxing place in green area .Very nice and helpful hostess. Close by walk to few bars like nice -Rasta views

“Beautiful and quiet stay”

Beautiful hidden garden far from the busy areas of Koh Chang but still has everything you would want: beautiful beach, great restaurants, amazing view and comfortable room. The pool was especially nice when we just wanted a quick dip to cool off 🤗 The staff is super nice, always smiling and available for whatever you need. Would come again any time 🤍

“Jungle view mornings”

The Beach Box is run by a very friendly lady. The glassfront allows you to see monkeys in the trees. The box has a small terrace and a second floor with a second bed. A nice cafe is just next to it, here you can order any kind of food. The cafe has a small beach and a family-friendly, very relaxed bigger beach is located just a few minutes down the road.

The hosts are extremely lovely. The room is basic but spacious and does the job. Location is far from central but ok if you want to be closer to the pier the leaves for surrounding islands

The owner and the other receptionist were very welcoming and helped us also in booking the transfer to Bangkok . We have been able to rent there also the scooter for our stay

The huts are nice. Spacious and clean. The staff is lovely helpful and cheerful. The location is quiet and next to a very good restaurant.

We spent a month at Beach Box in one of the basic rooms & thought it was excellent. The staff were lovely and location perfect; 200m from Klong Khoi beach which, having travelled around the whole island, is our favourite beach on the island.

Best place to stay in Koh chang

Its a calm and relaxing place, clean and sealed (yes: no bugs, neighbours noises etc). It was that good that we came back. There is a swimming pool where you can chill if its too hot. Very nice owners

Cool idea of the box’s, good pool, able to rent scooters, and the owners are lovely

BeachBox is in a really nice quiet part of Koh Chang. A short walk to two nice beaches and some different bars and restaurants - both up and down the hill. The rooms are small and basic but are comfortable enough and there is an airer for drying clothes. It was very hot when we were there but the fan on a high setting is sufficient and the pool is nice to cool off too. Kiwi and Pui are the most wonderful friendly hosts and we loved taking to Pui about Larm the cat! 😍 Thank you for our lovely stay.
