Located in the hills above Knysna, the 5-star Simola Hotel Country Club & Spa boasts a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and a restaurant with lagoon views. The star of Simola are the staff- particularly front desk/ reception and the kitchen staff As returning customers it was amazing that they remembered us almost exactly two years to the date. Breakfast at Simola is always a treat and the general ambience and safety is definitely up there

“Disappointing”
This resort is NOT a five star hotel. It is dated and needs a renovation especially the toilets and showers. Disappointing.
