Suite was absolutely horrible. Bed sheets stained, bugs everywhere. Just a filthy mess, I didn't even want to shower. WOW! Never again.

“We didnt stay. It was terrible.”
We walked in, the room stank, the floors were dirty, there were holes in the bedspreads, we turned down the bed clothes, the sheets were covered in black dirt. When we returned to the desk and explained that we could not possibly stay there, the clerk kindly returned out money. When we got home to Ontario, we noticed that they had recharged us for the room even though we didnt stay there. We wished that we had never seen that miserable place.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Even though our booking clearly confirmed a non-smoking room with one King bed, at check-in we were given a completely different room – with two beds and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty and smelled awful, making it uncomfortable to stay there. We immediately contacted the front desk and explained the issue, but they simply said that “such rooms are not available” and offered no help. We also submitted a complaint through Booking, but the issue was never resolved, and we never received any refund. It’s very disappointing that neither the hotel nor Booking took responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting to get the room they actually booked or a clean, non-smoking environment.
