“Brilliant for Families - Loads to Do”
Excellent hotel with loads to do for family/teenagers. Lovely pool, the jacuzzi was a bit tired though. There was a Basketball court, family friendly bar/restaurant with excellent food and a pool table. There was also an arcade. Apparently there was a free transport service into Knoxville, however the hotel had to much to do that we stayed there.

“AMAZING HOTEL! GREAT VALUE!”
The staff is so friendly ! I cant remember the young ladies name, but she has tattoos and is so sweet! We never stay anywhere other than this hotel when we come into town. Thanks for always making our stay amazing and accommodating. Also, the breakfast is fantastic!!!

The rooms were nice and clean, Tiffany at the front desk was an absolute angel. Wish I could say the same for the morning front desk clerk. Went down to ask if she could help me figure out why the wifi wouldn't allow me to get to the registration screen, "yeah, I don't know about that" with quick dismissal made me feel like I was intruding on her time so I sadly did not get to take advantage of the wifi. I went down to visit the pool, it was a little too cold to swim but the hot tub was the color of urine and dead skin cells with a foul odor so I hard passed on any water activities.The lounge was typical overpriced hotel restaurant food. Paid almost $20 for a child sized chicken wrap and was still hungry after. Bartenders were quite nice though, beer was cold. All in all, not terrible but could definitely use some improvements after spending well over $300 for a 31 hour stay.

“Disappointed”
Stayed there due to proximity to hospital for surgery. Needed to take a shower with hyper powerful soap. The water was scalding and could not be adjusted.

The hours for the pool/basketball were longer than at other hotels. A big plus with the kids.
