It was very good; the buffet had a nice variety and was a bit different. We have never seen a pancake machine!

The location was perfect as we were traveling to Nashville and wanted convenience to I-40 without the noise. Cleanliness for me is a top priority, and everything was extremely clean.

“I already paid so I stayed. My child is in Knoxville but I doubt I will chose this place again.”
Room was more expensive online than when I got there. Tried to explain to staff even though I was an IHG member she didn’t understand. Room was clean. However, all the bathroom essentials were empty. You could not tell this bc they were in bottles and so until you were already wet in the shower it was too late to ask for more. Kleenex box emptied after one tissue, bathroom tissue was 2 nearly empty rolls and we stayed the weekend so. The stAff asked us to come down to get our essential items. So over the fact I could have just stayed at the Marriott and had better service and spent the same amount of money.

“Excellent value.”
Value for money was excellent. Room was spacious and check in took about 3 minutes total, was in the room within 5 minutes of parking car. Breakfast in the morning exceeded expectations, very large selection, quality choices.
