“Don't stay here.”
Room had a flood/major water leak all over the walls. Smelled awful. Floor lamps were full of rust.

I think they were very deceptive in canceling rooms that were booked through sites, and charging a higher premium to walk-ins due to large events in town. No honesty or customer service relationship with the guests

“this inn was a major upgrade from a days inn that i stayed in on the way to Florida and more costly”
we were informed this was a 2 star rating inn. we were looking to stay overnight so a 2 star rating wasn't a deterrent. we were pleasantly surprised with the the clean room. will definitely book this inn on are way to Florida and back. have it in our gps destination

“Do a 1 night smash and grab , go see knoxville on your travels.”
Great location to taxi into the heart of town. Staff were very good , friendly , helpful and welcoming. The hotel is now getting tired scruffy carpets , noisy aircon but… its cheap so don’t expect high rollers. Free parking and decent breakfast you can’t grumble at £50+tax. Safe enough too.

“Room was very out dated . Paint chips stains on bed covers etc”
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. But it was very run down . The room are in bad need of an update.
