The rooms were very large and comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It was also very nice to have the room cleaned every day during our stay.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. Indeed, this one review will cover all my days stayed here in September. The staff are brilliant. Betty and Jen are absolute diamonds. The night shift lady can be a little testy, but so I would I be if I had to deal with some of the people who pitch up late at night. Had a few issues with a couple of rooms, but immediately I was moved to somewhere else. The rooms are spacious and having bedroom and lounge divided does give a sense of space. The beds are comfortable enough, and in the main, huge. The bathroom has a proper tub, and a soak is much appreciated. The ladies who clean the rooms are diligent and happy to resolve any issues regarding towels,, cleanliness, etc. Respect them and they will respect you. Breakfast provides enough to set you up for a full day. If you want something else, a local supermarket is across the way within easy walking distance. The location has restaurants and bars nearby, and I recommend the local Applebees as the staff in there are magnificent and the menu good. Handy for getting into the heart of Knoxville or going north to Kentucky as I-75 nearby. I trust the management and staff to look after me. The laundry is always welcome.

I trust these people. The management and staff are excellent and attentive and friendly. Check in is without fuss.. I stayed on several occasions throughout my holiday. The rooms are spacious with a microwave and fridge. The bed is comfortable, and with enough practice you can get the pillows right. An important thing for us Brits is a decent tub to soak in, and the rooms have these. It is in general a quiet hotel. The location is such that it is near eateries and a supermarket over the lot. Breakfast is good with a fair selection of both hot and cold. The locale is set back from the road enough for traffic not to be a problem. For whatever reason, I had a minor incident this time, that was dealt with exceptionally quickly by management, with no fuss and complete satisfaction. Wi-fi is good, there is a computer room, and the swimming pool always beckons. An on-site laundry room was most welcome.

Again, Best Western rescued me. I was forced, (for one reason or another) to return to North Knoxville having left a few days previous. This hotel welcomed me back without a quibble. I was pleased to be back, as the staff are brilliant. The room was basically the same size and layout as first time. I did discover the laundry room this time. You have to ask for the door key and the room is on the outside on a corner. Train noise on the back of the hotel is less and less disturbing when they sound the horns than the front. Overall, a splendid place where you get a decent night. It does get busy at weekends, so book your dates as soon as you think of them.

The location is ok, surrounded by other hotels and set back enough from the road that the usually light traffic is not an issue. Many places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. I recommend the Applebees as the staff are fabulous. Breakfast is adequate. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are worth having a go in. The pool is limited to 5 feet. The room is spacious, with fridge and microwave. Glory be for us Brits, a good size tub to soak in. So good, I'm returning to it a few days later after a mare elsewhere in Tennessee.

It was easy to find from the highway. There were plenty of eating places, we enjoyed Chico’s and went for both nights, the staff at the suites were very pleasant.
