“Great place, reasonable price, but an in-the-middle-of-a-field driveway out of hell.”
Everything inside was very good. At a very reasonable price, I got a single apartment, with my own kitchenette and bathroom. It was very clean. The bed spacious. Enough parking space. Beautifully renovated building.

Beautiful countryside location, former watermill near small river transformed into beautiful vacation houses, with lots of green, being an excellent starting point to many beautiful sites (Telč, Bitov, Vranov nad Dyji,...). And not to forget friendliness of the host. To bad we couldn't stay longer. :)

Nice place in the middle of nowhere but with a very friendly atmosphere. Wifi connection is available without any issues and pets are also welcome.

“Nice place in countryside”
Outside area with plenty of room for outside activities. Lot of things to do for kids. Swimming pool for kids. Dogs, horses and other animals. Good place to make dinner.

Nice and fair place. The personnel were speaking English and always supporting and helping. The WiFi works perfectly and with great coverage. Very calm place welcoming kids and pets.

“Good budget accommodation when visiting Telč UNESCO World Heritage site”
As the hotel is quite hard to find (located several kilometers out of the village), the manager sent us detailed travel instructions. so it was no problem to drive there.

“Lovely cottage in the nature”
The cottage is in a green area, ideal for biking or trekking. The rooms have a small kitchen with stoves, kettle a d fridge and they are very clean. The wooden building gives a nice countryside touch.

“no humanity here”
the people of this place is asking for more money at departure. also we nearly destroyed our car going there. the road is not made for all types of car. there is no humanity there. you just a number. at first the nature and animals message attracted me… but its just all very fake.

“Fantastic place albeit simple rural rooms.”
Fabulous owner ! Good and friendly communication. Price was real bargain. Fantastic location. Traveled with my 18-yrs old son and we needed simply a rest through the night, while travelling through Europe. Perfect for that.
