“Unpleasant odour, forced to leave due to smell and find alternative accommodation.”
The facility had a very unpleasant odour, and the toilet was leaking both inside and outside into the main bedroom. Within one hour, the leaking water from the toilet had reached the bedroom floor. Worse, they were aware of the problem because they had placed an ice cream container at the back of the toilet. The staff member was acting as if he was doing us a favour by cleaning the floor, and the dirty water was then poured into the bathtub, the same bathtub we were suppose to use. No cleaning detergents were used. The gate was also not functional.We ended up looking for different accommodations.

“Unsatisfied Overnight”
-No Aircon in the room, with this heatwave(yet aircon is showcased on the advert) -Dog hair on the bed -Semi Cleaned Bathroom on arrival -Door doesn't open from inside( huge struggle) -No water early morning could not use bathroom -In the Room had a Light that could not switch off, had to sleep with it throughout the night

“Awesome.”
Absolutely everything. Klerksdorp is a wonderful town and the guest house was amazing. Even better than the pics. Manager and staff were wonderful, friendly, helpfull and kind. Great facilities in an amazingly beautiful garden. The whole experience was one of the best in all my years as a traveller.

“Good room, pool not working, no microwave”
