“Your hotel is so well coming. I didn't have time to see around but your hotel is clean”
Breakfast was good and enough. In case something finished on the table the aiders organising them immediately. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I also liked the people working on the reception, they are welcoming and helpful. I felt being home away from home.

“Paid three times more than what I should have paid”
The only thing I liked was the friendly staff, we even manage to get Breakfast after the closing hour (the place has a horrible breakfast time, from 6:00 to 8:30).

dirty walls needs serious maintenance on the building no second towel in a double room both nights no toilet paper when we got to the room very noisy and can hear everything in surrounding rooms and passage

The foyer of the hotel is first class, however when you go up stairs to the rooms they are stuck in a timewarp ! The bed was very comfortable the bath was great, however the bath had been repainted with enamel paint, which was everywhere, all over the taps and the plug ! The colour of the room was a terrible burnt orange on two sides and incredibly. small. My main complaint was there was only one hand towel in the bathroom, which my husband used. I called housekeeping and eventually after about an hour they came with another small blue handtowel, apologising for the colour she handed it to me. When I enquired why such a small bath towel, I was told cant you see the weather its cold so the towels are not drying !!!!! Surely they own more towels. !!!
