“Don't come here too late. You're SOL.”
I got there shortly before 10 pm - the train was heavily delayed. I barely got in to the hotel. The staff hurriedly gave me a room and left. I discovered the room (#206) was not done. The bed was a mess and the bathroom was in chaos. I had no one to talk to. The phone call simply said I am calling outside business hours. I couldn't wash and hardly slept. I mentioned it to the hotel staff next morning. They apologised. That was it.

“Nice play with good level of comfort but don't do hi tech self-check in when machines don't work.”
Bed was good, shower was good but a little leaky. The room was comfortable overall albeit simply decorated.

Staff were welcoming. It was clean had good facilities . My room was ready early so I could check straight in and go out for the day. The bus stop was a few minutes walk away .
