Dirty with cockroaches everywhere even on the bed and all over the luggage. When asked to change the room the attendant was saying “Boleh adjust” and saying that the room is already clean. Others rooms are the same .

“I WILL NOT REPEAT TO STAY HERE AGAIN”
It was My tiring Journey, from Penang to Klang, and very last minutes, i have to book this hotel, very uncomfortable for to be there, due to the room stinks. although the room looked clean but inside was very bad smell, the air conditioner was not serviced and not cooling enough, there were no basic toiletries inside the bathroom. I will never repeat this place again.
