“Best place to relax and enjoy life”
Clean and beautiful hotel. Relaxful spa centre with enough water to drink. Helpful stuff at reception, restaurant and spa. A lot of fresh ant tasty food. Many options for kids. Comfortable beds with pillow’ menu. Live music party was pretty good. Unbelievable air around. Silence and good smelled rooms.

After sharing our initial dissatisfaction, the hotel management team personally reached out to us. They carefully explained the reasons behind the situation, offered a sincere apology, and presented a very respectful and thoughtful alternative that truly made us feel valued. Their attitude was both professional and genuine. Instead of ignoring the situation, they took it seriously, engaged with us directly, and resolved everything with great courtesy. As a family, we truly appreciated how attentive and considerate the team was. It was very reassuring to see that they actually read the feedback and immediately took action. At this point, everything has been fully resolved. We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Görkem and the entire team for their efforts. Their warm approach and the time they dedicated to resolving the issue meant a lot to us. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, everything is clean and the food is really tasty. The staff is very attentive and genuinely cares about the guests. As a family, we had a very nice experience and we will definitely consider coming back again.

The hotel is well equipped and the facilities in the hotel is well done, breakfast and dinner has many varieties, staff is friendly and tries to help, having an indoor separate thermal swimming pools for both males and females and families and children is another bonus especially during this time of the year with outside temperatures of 4 degrees during the 2nd day of my stay they have distributed a free mixed fruits dish for all the rooms, they upgrade my room to a family room free of charge Thanks all for your care for your guests. شكراً لكم لأهتمامكم بضيوفكم
