The villa's owners, Adriana and Carlos, are very friendly people. They were helpful with everything and showed us around. The villa is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The pool and the villa itself are cleaned daily. The refrigerator is stocked with food and supplies every day.

We truly loved our stay at Villa Julito! It really felt like being at home. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and provided all the information we needed for our excursions, restaurants, and activities around the area. Their recommendations were extremely helpful and great value for money. The breakfast was one of the highlights! Freshly prepared every morning with a great variety of delicious food, every day different. Hosts akso recommended a chef who came to the villa and prepared an incredible dinner with bbq lobsters, tuna, calamari and pulp - definitely the best food we had in Zanzibar. We will surely return and highly recommend Villa Julito.

Their care started even before our trip, continued throughout our stay, and truly made us feel welcome. Honestly, it sometimes felt like we had discovered relatives in Zanzibar 😊 The villa is located in a secure gated community with security posts — peaceful, safe, and just a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach, cafés and restaurants. Parking right next to the villa was easy and convenient. We especially loved the second floor with its mini pool, beautiful sunset views, and a large covered outdoor kitchen with everything you might need. A truly special place with wonderful hosts.🤩

Style, cleanliness, good host, close to beach

Villa Julito in Zanzibar is a true gem! A 5-minute walk from the beach with kitesurfing, a huge second-floor terrace, and the interior create a unique holiday atmosphere. Special thanks to the hosts—a wonderful couple who turned our vacation into a fairytale. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. 10 out of 10! We had a fantastic time at Villa Julito. The villa was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast cooked by Felista was delicious. Carlos and Adriana are brilliant hosts. They couldn't do enough for us, recommending trips and restaurants during our stay. We would definitely go back.

Firstly the location, villa Julito is situated in the outskirts of Kiwenga, its perfect as its not far from town but also allows you to rest and relax after a long day, the vIlla is very well equipped, self cooking is a plus here as just like we did, even in the best hotels its nice to be able to cook for yourself a meal. The jacuzzi is very nice too, allows you to cool down after a hot day in the beach! Adriana and Carlos are superb Hosts, they will answer all your questions and will not hesitate to show you the local area recommending many of the restaurants. They both have a lot of connections to surrounding businesses and will for sure guide you in the most suitable way. Cannot recommend more this place!

After spending a week in an apartment in Stone Town, we arrived at Villa Julito — and from the very first moment, I thought: why didn’t we book all our nights here? The villa is absolutely amazing: super clean, spacious, and completely free of mosquitoes or other insects inside. With two kids, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the home and its surroundings. The location is ideal, just a short walk from a stunning beach with a sandbank. A heartfelt thank you to Adriana and Carlos, our wonderful hosts. They were there for us every single day with genuine care and countless helpful tips. We also truly appreciated Felister’s delicious breakfasts and Donard’s help around the house. The entire team made us feel right at home and completely at ease. The villa is part of a secure, gated complex with 24/7 security — so if peace of mind is important to you, this is the place to be. On top of that, both the garden and the pool are beautifully maintained. In short: I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Julito. Skipping this place would be a real mistake — you don’t know what you’re missing!

“Exceptional and would highly recommend”

Everything about the stay was exceptional. From booking, Adriana communicated and recommended places to go and excursions. The photos don't do justoce to the place. Very beautiful in quite nice location, short walk from the beach and local shops. There is a poo, to cool down and jacuzzi. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Everything was amazing and met our expectations. Adriana and her husband Carlos were very helpful and took care of us during the whole period of our trip. I really recommend this location for your vacations in Zanzibar. The activities and the restaurants around the location was amazing too. It’s highly recommended to try the local Sawahili food there. I really recommend minimum three nights in this location. Our trip was only two nights.
