Overall, I feel that there were several aspects that didn’t quite meet my expectations during my stay. However, I did thoroughly enjoy the live band performance on New Year’s Eve—it was definitely a highlight of the experience

“Amazing Stay at Mojatuu, Zanzibar”
I recently stayed at Mojatuu in Zanzibar, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning sea views that made every moment enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. My room was spotless and comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend Mojatuu to any traveler looking for a great place to stay in Zanzibar. It truly exceeded my expectations!

While staying in Zanzibar, there are two areas that have the best beaches. It`s either Nungwi or Kiwengwa. Moja Tuu is located in Kiwengwa area and the beach is really nice, with white sand. The staff was really nice, especially Amos. He was always available with our requests and he would answer to all our questions. As well, Joshua helped us to make our stay very comfortable. The dinner was nice. The resort was beautiful. There was taxi available to take you places and you can agree on the price of the taxi beforehand. The beds were comfortable. Depending from the room you stay, you can have a firm or soft mattress. If you don`t like the mattress, the staff will change it for you. There is security in the hotel, you will see guards in the front gate and around the resort, which is great. Everyone was really nice, they were always available and always ready to help.

It’s a huge property with views from terraces, villas, breakfast place.. literally every spot has a great view of the ocean. But more than that, we loved the hospitality of the people. The staff especially the reception, Patrick, Debu, F&B manager, attendants etc everyone takes such special care. The property seem to be going under some transition and the management has to focus a little more on the maintenance but their staff makes it up for everything. It’s the best stay we have had in Zanzibar. We had a private pool villa which was huge, clean and comfortable. Please do visit once! The beach is just a short distance and they have free shuttle to take guests to the beach. You can spend a nice day there and be back to this place away from street vendors, noise etc and enjoy the evening by the pool.

Breakfast is good. Location is on the beach but beach is not good even for a walk. Swimming pool is nice but water is salty. Peaceful place.
