A fabulous stay at a gem of a place. A warm welcome from the hosts, Cathrin and David. Great attention to detail, comfortable rooms and beyond sumptuous breakfasts. David booked us in for dinner at the nearby delicious Friden's pizza restaurant. And then went above and beyond, by dropping us at the bus stop on our departure. Highly recommend.

“Peaceful dreamscape full of comfort”

This is a true gem, within a beautiful region. The home is absolutely immaculate, full of character and charm, the breakfast was outstanding, the beds were perfect, we slept amazingly. We visited over Easter, and in the morning I sat and watched the mist roll over the countryside and deer emerge from the mist into the garden, it was like a dreamscape.

Nice and friendly place close by our destination. The hosts were very friendly and we had a good nights sleep and woke up to a beautiful view over the fields on a sunny day. Then we had an excellent breakfast. The shower was very good and everything new and clean.

Mellby Atelier is s wonderful gem in Österlen. The atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The place is overall very stylish yet cosy. The hosts were absolutely amazing and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!!

“Super Cosy”

We spent our anniversary in this area and the owners of Mellby Atelier made us feel absolutely welcome and at home. We only spent one night in the hotel, but it was a great experience. During the winter time, the area around the hotel is very quiet and there is little to do, but instead we made ourselves comfortable and had a delicious dinner in the neighbouring village. Thanks to the recommendation of the hotel owners, we had a lovely evening. If you are looking for a family-run and lovingly managed hotel, this is the place for you.
