A 500-year-old building in a typical Tyrolean style, Pension Haus Koller enjoys a quiet location right in the centre of Kitzbühel. The Hahnenkamm Cable Car is just a 5-minute walk away, and free private parking is available on site. The country-style rooms have a seating area, a bathroom, and satellite TV. Famous guests at Haus Koller have included the actress Romy Schneider. The ski bus stops just 80 metres from the guesthouse. Several restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are close by.

“Good value for money, good host, location great, rooms nice and clean. Really comfortable beds.”
Location, room sizes, family room worked really well. Breakfast pretty good, eggs were good. Lots of hot water when back from skiing each day.

“Great value, centrally located guest house which is clean, comfortable and does a good breakfast.”
Friendly, homely, comfortable, clean and centrally located. A decent breakfast is provided, albeit limited choice as it’s a small establishment. There is a ski storeroom and our rooms, though basic (as expected), were clean, warm, comfortable and everything worked. The hosts are very nice too.

“A recommendation”
The host was very nice, we were the only guests so it was very quiet. There was parking next to the property and it lays next to the main shopping road of Kitzbühel with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Excellent location for the centre of town. Limited parking but OK for us with 2 motorbikes. Motorbikes felt safe. Room was to a high standard.
