An immaculate property, we have never stayed in such a clean well decorated apartment, unblemished throughout, lots of space, we stocked kitchen, perfect location to the Train station, the Gondola, ski hire and the town center.

Location and facilities are perfect. We stayed for 10 days, Maria was waiting for us to give the parking-card and the keys to the appartment. Great appartment with all facilities and next to the lift of the Hahnenkamm.

The location was excellent. Ski rental shops on the doorstep and the hannekahn gondola 3 mins away. 5-minute walk to town. Tina was brilliant and quickly responded with restaurant recommendations and other useful information. The apartment had plenty of space for our small family.

- Excellent value for money (for Kitzbühel) - Location unbeatable: a few steps from the Hahnenkammbahn, train station, ski bus, ski rental upstairs and a few minutes to the center - The Schichtl family is extremely friendly and are immediately available if there is anything - The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities. - The beds were a bit soft, but we slept well on them. - The view of the parking lot, the railway line and the mountains is lively (if you leave the window open at night you will wake up in the morning, with the window closed it's no problem only a bit warmer).

The host was very kind and friendly. She provided detailed information and instructions for our stay before our arrival. When we arrived, she greeted us at the property and showed us the flat. Throughout the stay, she was very responsive to our queries. The flat was conveniently located right above a ski shop and a 2-minute walking distance from the main gondola station.

“Summer hiking in Kitzbühel”

The location was fantastic for access to the town, train station and cable cars. The apartment was really comfortable and plenty of room for a group of four friends. Everything you need to self cater was there. Tina was amazing and went above and beyond with information about the local area. She would respond immediately to any texts. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay Winter or Summer. Thank you, Tina!
