I was very pleased with the size and overall appearance of the room. The room was well-equipped and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated having two terraces, which added to the overall experience. The hotel itself is very attractive, and its location is excellent. In addition, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.

Room, breakfast and Spa were all very good. Perhaps the variety of food available in their various dining facilities could have been more extensive/varied but overall quality of food was pretty good.

Everything was exceptional, from the arrival, the check-in went smooth and fast, the staff was really nice and they explained the facilities and everything. The food was really good, the selection was varied, for both breakfast and dinner, and also for the drinks. We will for sure come back.

Beautiful hotel really comfortable with hugely spacious rooms and even offered me a free upgrade.

We tried first time this property … luckily they have few employees as Eugen the door man very implicated in the entire activity . Rooms very nice and quiet and well mentained . Spa for kids worth it also the best place in hotel with kids is the kids playground which is not even advertised on the platform .

This hotel is absolutely perfect and truly one of my favorites I have ever stayed in. Everything—from the kindness of the staff (big thanks to Max, Deli and Luca, they were wonderful) to the beauty of the surroundings and the cozy atmosphere—was exceptional. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could find something to complain about here. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The kind receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded, and the suite we stayed in was simply incredible. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing, and my boyfriend especially loved the gym. Breakfast was amazing, with high-quality ingredients; the organic eggs made a particularly great impression. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The activities offered—such as the cinema, golf, yoga, and the elegant bar with live music—are wonderful, and the views from the hotel are stunning. What else can I say? We simply didn’t want to leave, and we will 100% be back next year. Thank you for the incredible memories you helped us create!
