“A great place for a Tirol vacation in any season”
The house is cosy, clean and decorated with attention to detail. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate having quiet hours. The location is great too - for a walk to the town centre, a swim in Schwarzsee or going straight uphill for a hike after the delicious breakfast.

“Friendly Pension 10 minute walk from Kitzbühel centre”
Great location that is easily reachable from Schwarzsee station. Room was to a high standard with fast internet connection, and a shared guest fridge for drinks and snacks. Hearty breakfast each morning to power up for the day! In good weather we ate outside with views of the Kitzbüheler Alps as a backdrop. Friendly hosts who gave plenty of local tips, recommendations, and as a Kitzbühel native shared experiences of changing Kitzbühel life over time. Guest car parking spaces, and storage room in summer for bikes/e-bikes.
