Nice big spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean and had everything we needed including a lift to the upper floors. The breakfast included is great. Close to everything and walking distance to station with heave suitcases (about 10 mins) flat walk. All the staff were very nice throughout the stay. Would recommend staying here.

Great hotel with friendly staff right in the heart of town. Kitzbuhel card was excellent with access to the chairlift to the top of the ski fields. Good breakfast with attentive staff.

Excellent breakfast with great selection of hot and cold options. Great dining conservatory which gets the morning sun. Excellent quality dinner with good range of traditional options and daily specials available. Centrally located, nearby restaurants and 10 mins walk to either Hahnenkamm or Kitzbüheler Horn lifts. Ski room at the hotel. Suite which has its own seating area is ideal for non-skiers to relax in during the day.
