Overview
Villa Anna's self-catering design apartments, offer fully-equipped kitchen, ski boot dryer and free WiFi. It is a just a 3-minute walk to the centre of Kitzbühel and 400 metres to the Kitzbühler Horn ski lift. Each apartment offers modern facilities and scenic views. Some of the apartments have a balcony or terrace, and all of them are equipped with a flat-screen TV and living room. A café/bakery can be found just 30 metres from Villa Anna, as well as 7 restaurants within walking distance. Room service is available for an additional charge. With a ski bus stop directly in front of the building, guests can conveniently enjoy the world-famous winter sports activities. In summer, hiking, swimming and golf are easily accessible from Villa Anna. Kitzbühel Train Station is 600 metres away, and it is a 1-hour drive to Innsbruck. Free private parking is available.

“Loved the villa, loved Kitzbuhel and will certainly be returning in the near future”
Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Close to the ski bus stop and the centre of town, but quiet and cosy too. Really liked that a few small items were provided to make the stay easier. Little things like coffee,sugar, cleaning products and condiments which meant we weren’t rushing out to get basics from day one.

Absolutely lovely apartment, with everything we needed to cater for our group. In the centre of town and 10 minutes walk to Ski lift where we rented a locker so no need to carry Skis.

“Peaceful holiday”
Easy access to town and food options, ski hire and even a nice walk to the bigger supermarket out of the main town. Check in was easy and host was amazing throughout. Comfortable space for 7 of us, enough bathrooms for use.
