“Great place to access the wonders of the Austrian countryside and enjoy the pleasures of Kitzbühel.”
The apartment was up a steep lane but walkable and the town was 15 minutes away on foot. We had a limited view from our bedroom window but the apartment was quiet and met all our needs. Anne, the manager, was on hand during the day to assist with keys and information.

“Awesome Penthouse with amazing views”
The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Lovely apartments in a very nice area. 20 min walk to the centre of town. Wine and chocolates on arrival for my daughters birthday which was a lovely touch. Parking comes with apartment

“Highly recommended place (esp with dog), great apartment with amazing host”
Super friendly host who always helped in any topic with quick response time Property was as advertised, high quality. Apartment was spacious with a big living room, kitchen properly equipped. Parking easy and available free of charge, even if outside. Great location for travelling with dog, not only the apartment is dog-friendly but treks in the forrest are very close by

Great amount of space in 2 bedroom apartment and lovely view from balcony. Easily walkable to town centre in about 20-25 mins or by bike, note the slightly uphill location of the apartment. Short walk to Schwarzsee. Would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely apartment in a quiet area outside the main town!”
The apartment was super spacious with all the facilities needed. Hosts were lovely. Apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was kept really warm throughout our stay which was great. Great shower as well! The apartment has a nice communal terrace which catches the sun in the morning - some rooms also have private terraces.

Location, easy walk from town and a very quick taxi. Stephan was super, all the information for the apartment was clear and he gave us details on ski buses and trains. The building also has ski drying room which was great.
