“Beautiful rustic location”
Beautiful apartment, rustic, cozy, nice view of the mountains. Great host. Very close to either Kitzbuhel or Klausen gondola. Short drive to villages and shops. Bus and train stop super close. Cool history on the farmhouse.

Good location between Kirchberg in Tirol and Kitzbuhel, with lake Schwatzee in walking distance, good starting point to explorer mountains around. Apartment is big with wooden floors wooden beams, nicely equipped and there balcony with huge round table and breath taking view on Alps peaks. I believe it used to be old wooden barns, where they build 2nd floor to create this apartment . Owner is very friendly and always ready to help.

Excellent location a short drive from two main gondolas. Very friendly host who gave us a good explaination of the appartment and the local area. Decent facilities including a drying room. Self contained flat which prevented any noise from us out, or from others in. Free parking.

“it was a wonderful stay, the apartment is completely satisfactory.”
Really nice owner, he was there on arrival. Cleaners were almost finished, but we had arrived exactly at the time of check-in. No problem, just unloaded the car and we could enter the apartment. The outside of the farm is less well maintained and therefore you wouldn't expect it to be so beautiful inside, luckily it was!

The apartment was big and very nicely furnished. Balcony with mountain view. Very good location of the town. Walking distance to the Schwarzsee is possible. Very good communication with the owner.

“We loved every minute of it”
This house has a lot of advantages : it is very well located ( very close to the bus station and the slopes), has a traditional feel (even a full functional fire place), parking places available nearby, good internet connection, extremely well equipped kitchen, confortable beds, etc. It feels extremely cosy, we absolutely loved it. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !!!

Lovely place, ideal for skiing. You do need a car to get around ideally. The host was lovely and super helpful. Very clean & spacious.
