caretaker should be someone who is more woke. The guy kept on loosing himself and seemed slow mentally. For example, when the ups was running out and made a long beeping noise, he just sang along with it and didn't start the generator. That was odd.

“We had a lovely stay and plan to go back soon!”
The Apartment was quiet, homely and clean. The support staff at the facility were very helpful and where on hand to meet us upon arrival. The Property owner/manager was also pleasant. The facility has backup power, gas cooker and Wifi for guests. The children loved the swimming pool as well. The cooking area was clean and all the utensils available.
