It is right in the middle of downtown Kitchener. Perfect location but parking is very difficult. We did purchase parking which you really have no other choice but it was convenient.

Fantastic location in a beautiful historic building in downtown Kitchener. Easy access to the ion and iron horse trail. You can get anywhere tied like to go without needing to rent a car.

The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was central Kitchener. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

“This place is warm, beautiful, and close to lots of pubs!”
The room was spotless and welcoming, with lots of personality in details like the quirky wallpaper. I want to acknowledge that the staff member at the front desk, Juliet, was incredibly personable and helpful! She answered questions about near-by pubs and was a total pro! We were really impressed by this hotel and would certainly recommend it. Super value for the boutique feel. :D

“Okay”
There was a wedding party next door very loud. One of our rooms was very small and stunk like feces upon arrival. The other room was beautiful. We called staff asking for an air freshener they send staff to clean the sink?
