“One disaster after another.”
So they billed us almost triple the advertised price. Check-in time wasn’t until 4pm. Fire alarm went off for over an hour. In all 3 buildings. Very obnoxiously. Amenities were closed to us. We just wanted to play some pool, and maybe have a hot-tub. We were told we were not allowed (private function). When we got back after being denied to the amenities our key had been discontinued. We were afraid to even ask for a new key, because the lobby was full of police. So we spent an hour sitting in the hall outside our room. Then they made us check- out at 10am, after a miserable night.
