Super clean, huge shower, fresh towels bedding, comfortable living room, big t v. Convenient location. Balcony. Washer & dryer if you need to di laundry

“Not Happy”

washing and dryer not like the photo. we requested the property management to adjust the AC many many times with no real action. all the time AC working and kids got cold. I did not recommended at all for family. we moved just today to another property.

It's a very spacious appartment with everything you might need for a couple of days but also for a longer stay. More than enough off-street parking space and at a very convenient location close to the main roads. And if you want to it's walkable to Kitchener main street.

It was really bright and felt like a luxury hotel. Close to the highway/freeway, there was a decent plaza close by walking distance. Downtown kitchener was only a 5-7 mins drive. Clean and up-to-date. Bonus features very close to my family 👪 only 2mins drive. Thank you. Had time to get my nails done at Deluxe Nails.

Convenient location to venue we were attending in the evening. Comfortable open space and kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving dishes and utensils. Bright decor and lots of natural light with large windows.

1. I was sent the wrong address to drive to. Then, I was given somebody else's entry code to their unit. This compromises security and makes me question to whom you may have given our entry code. 2. The lack of soundproofing in this unit was abominable. The unit above ours, also rented out by you, had a >20 person LOUD party in the apartment, in the hallway and in the parking lot outside our windows. This went on all night until 5am. We could not sleep. Furthermore, this party's use of Marijuana made a smell that permeated the entire building, which speaks to the terrible air filtration in the unit. 3. There was no apparent thermostat in the unit. Since we had to close the windows due to noise, the temperature was very hot and we could not change it. This was a terrible stay.

Place was gorgeous and very clean. Big t.v comfortable furniture. Bathroom very clean great shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Keurig cups nice touch but no sugar packs.

Great space! Love the rain shower, so relaxing! Nice duvets on the beds. Comfy beds. Clean. The hosts were in contact regularly via email. All around a very good place to stay!

The apartment was gorgeous! Modern, clean, comfy. All the amenities we needed! Great location. Quiet neighborhood. And we were allowed to stay an extra 45 minutes which was very, very helpful. I would definitely stay here again! 😁
