“Nice,enjoyable”
Place was good, only compliant was door lock makes door hard to open Your retrofit of power lock this was overlooked, yes lock opens but door is hard to open.

“A terrible experience.”
When I arrived to check-in, I was told. I needed a major credit card even though your website said 250. Dollar deposit preferred damage. And that is not right. I was willing to pay cash in advance for the 4 knights, but I was refused. It's disgusting.

Very welcoming, modern look to the hotel interior. Great pool (although the smell of chlorine hits you as you enter the lobby). Stayed in a King room. Was clean, comfortable and spaceous. Nice full shower (not in a bathtub 👍)

We had a pleasant stay overall (one week-end). The King room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was complete and varied. And the staff was welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Kitchener, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the parking or pool.
