“Very comfortable and highly recommended stay”
It was a very lovely stay overall. The place was clean, spacious, strong heating, filled with amenities (makeup remover, face wash) and seamless checkin and checkout procedure. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was a surprising gem! There's a walk-in shower, a washing machine, mini-kitchen, 2 aircon units, very comfortable beds, a TV with Netflix, everything! The very enterprising host has made a manual in English on how to use every appliance and remote. Our stay, no matter how short, was a pleasure after the annoying and disappointing experience of our previous room in a chain hotel.

The inn had everything you would need, washing machine, bug spray etc. The owner was really nice and had an english instruction manual with nearby attractions. The lights could dim and turn all off or all on with one switch.

Good, quiet location in walking distance from shopping and restaurants in beautiful Kitakata. Spacious room, great amenities, responsive and very kind host, entertainment options and clean facilities. House manual is very valuable with English instructions and recommendations!

“The perfect little house”
Quiet in spite of being located near a cross junction. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This tiny house has EVERYTHING you need. Very thoughtfully furnished. Very comfortable futons and soft sheets. Clean as a whistle! Owner lives 5min away and came to help me when I got confused about how to get my key from the box attached to the side of the house. The owner responds to messages very promptly. There is a file folder with pictures and descriptions of places to eat at and stuff to do in the vicinity, even very clear directions for guests, which is super duper thoughtful. I highly recommend!. Tq Ms Aria!! It was a very good stay even though it was just one night.

The room is equipped with everything you need in an apartment. There are more than enough heaters to keep the room warm. The check in was easy and the location is convenient.

“Cosy House”
The house was cosy. Near many eateries and supermarket so you can walk about 5mins to eat and shop. The owner was nice to turn on the heater in advance before we checkin. So we don't feel cold.
