Our check-in process was very smooth and efficient, despite the fact that we booked at the very last minute after being informed that our original hotel reservation had been cancelled. Fefe, our host, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we didn’t have to stand in the snow with our two young children. The location is also very convenient, with just a short walk to the station and a convenience store right downstairs.

“Excellence stay.”

Location to Sapporo Station in near about 8-10min walk. There is a secomart next to the lobby. Owner is responsive and quick to reply for any queries. Accommodation is clean and cosy with lots of pillows and comforter. There also a 24hrs parking next to the building if you rent a car.

“Long nice stay in Sapporo”

We stayed in this nice and Cosy apartment in Sapporo for 9 days and it was a great experience the apartment is near Sapporo station (10 min by walk and possibility to use the underground walkway from the exit 17), it is refurbished with standard kitchen furniture and tools (1 pan, 1 electric kettle, a couple of tea cups and some plates) The apartment was very warm, clean and equipped with basic needs for shorter/longer stays Kombini it's just 1 minute from the apartment and some other supermarket were like 10 minutes by walk from there Great position, so quiet in a fully renovated apartment. The host was so clear about instructions and also be disposable for any information or request

We had problems finding the place and the host was very helpful over the phone and give us instructions on how to get into our room, this information was sent us earlier but I had not seen the message.

“Horrible Pillows”

The location is nice, 15 minutes away from the station by walk. The room itself was clean, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. There's a convenience store outside, so if you need something, you can easily get it.
