The house was spacious and the owner responded faster fo every enquiries. Basic amenities were there. The rooms were clean. The unit was quiet no any disturbance. There were street dogs but they were very friendly.

No internet at all when reported to the owner, then only they top up the internet but still not internet, promised a swimming pool which no where to be seen.. when you go to the so called villa at night looks like ghost house.

The location was near the city. All the shops are nearby with just 15-20 mins drive except for the beach area. The air-conds were all working well and extra bed was provided upon request. The space of the house was enough for a group of 10, just nice and loved the fact that there were 2 dining tables.

first of all, I felt cheated because the pool was located in another house. there is a picture of the pool but there is no pool, the host says there is a policy saying about sharing the swimming pool, but I did not receive it in the email, not even in the apps. secondly, there was a wifi problem, the host promised to fix it on the second day, but it was just a false promise. The television was in Chinese entirely, and we did not understand. the host says the house is user friendly, but why the television in a foreign language? wifi is also not available. Third, we requested a refund of RM200 for the shortfall for 3 days 2 nights of accommodation. the host promised to refund only rm120. BUT IT IS ALSO A FALSE PROMISE. Never receive the refund until now. I suggest that the host have make sure the condition of the house is comfortable before guests come to stay and stop making false promises on this booking.com site.

Family trip. All facilities as stated and got more. Got laundry powder, shampoo, shower foam, kitchen almost fully equipt, with dishwasher liquid, cooking oil, salt, sugar. 3 extra queen bed. Got ironing board. Got hairdryer. Sufficient dustbin.sufficient towel. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Toilet is clean. Bathroom in groud floor cannot close door. Last day one of us got trap inside the room. Luckily its an adult, not kid. Since no doorkeys was given for the rooms, had to call owner, which response fast by coming, after one hour succeed in opening the door.
