we had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very cozy, we slept really well each night and the air conditioners were a great relief and worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable during the very hot weather. The host (Janak) was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or requests. The location was also great—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the entire process was hassle-free. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality throughout my stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Square one condo is situated in a very quiet and decent area and is very close to all amenities.We stayed for a short period, and it was very comfortable and convenient for us. The owner, Mr. Janak Dias and his caretaker are both very helpful . We hope to go there again when we visit Sri Lanka.

The place is very clean and tidy, amenities are very new and were supported all our needs. The neighbourhood is very calm, quiet and peaceful. The owner himself was available to support for all our needs, very friendly and respectful individual. He facilitated our stay was very comfortable.
