“I wish I was still there.”
Everything!! As soon as we entered we immediately experienced a holiday feeling. This newly built apartment was spotless, expertly finished and tastefully decorated. It was lovely to finish off our holiday with a bit of luxury. The friendly hosts came to personally greet us on arrival, which made us feel welcomed. Everything was new and pristine. And they even have a bread roll and coffee delivery service every morning! Because we were guests, Barbara even took us on a tour through the 300+ year old (currently closed and to be renovated) linseed oil museum-the only one of its kind in Tirol. I would highly recommend Schwaigermühle accommodation to anyone ! Whether you are looking for a place to easily relax, a place close to town, a place with friendly hosts who actually care about their guests, a place to situate your holiday in-between the famous Kitz Ski area & Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, or in the warmer season for a great hiking base.

Great location, convenient for ski bus and most restaurants. Having the river running by the balcony is lovely too. The apartment has been recently built to a high standard. It's well equipped, comfortable and the hosts are really helpful.

“Wonderful”
Brand new, luxurious and spacious appartement. Made by the owners themselves. They are very kind and helpful people. The location is perfectly at the center of the village. Could not have been better in my opinion!
