Overview
Set right at the ski slope above Kitzbühel, the luxurious Maierl-Alm & Maierl-Chalets provide panoramic views of the Alps. It offers free underground parking and an indoor pool. All rooms have a balcony or a rooftop terrace with great mountains views. The luxurious chalets have a private spa area including a sauna, an outdoor hot tub, a rain shower and a relaxation area. The rooms and chalets combine a traditional blockhouse atmosphere with stylish designer furniture and modern like flat-screen TVs, DVD players and free wired internet access. You can enjoy typical Tyrolean cuisine in the rustic-style restaurant or on the large panorama terrace. Guest of the rooms and the chalets can also use the spa area in the main building with an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam bath and massage services. It is reachable via an underground walkway.

“Fantastic stay”
Excellent stay at the Maierl-Alm with great location right on the slope. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. Spa facilities very nice and the food delicious.

Superb hotel in an ultimate location. True ski-in/ski-out with excellent staff and food, ranging from a generous buffet breakfast, to excellent value for money dinners with fantastic range of local specialties and international choices. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and generously equipped with cooking supplies, equipment and crockery. Definitely want to revisit.

%100 ski In/out spot! Just by the blue route 26a. Number "27" on the Kitzbüel ski map. Beautiful location & people, highly recommended. It is a great experience that there're lovely vivid bars on the way back to your hotel that you can have your apreSki fun and leave the party and be in your room in max 5 minutes! p.s. Spa is also superb! Snowing outside and you're in the sauna and with few steps ahead, you're outside half naked under the Austrian Alps snow and drinking your warm mint tea...

Overall a fantastic location. Wonderful views from the chalet over the mountains and the valley below. Every day, especially in the morning and at sunset, a magnificent spectacle of colours, clouds, light. Excellent majority of staff very helpful. Good cuisine!

Maierl-alm is a great hotel literally just off the piste, so you can easily ski in and out. The staff are really nice and the atmosphere Is relaxed and friendly. Our Panoramic apartment was perfect - much larger than it looks in the photographs - with comfy beds, great styling and amazing views of the slopes/village. The breakfast was really good too, and we loved the pool and sauna! Hoping to come back soon and rent one of the chalets!
