Overview
Frühstückspension Tannenhof is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg and offers ski-to-door access in the Kitzbühel Ski Area. Buffet breakfast is available and you can find a wellness area with a fitness centre, a sauna and a steam bath on site. You can relax in the garden with a sun terrace and deck chairs. There is a game room including table tennis, darts and table football facilities. The public lounge area features a bar, a book corner and a TV. Ski storage and ski boot drying facilities are also available at the Tannenhof pension. The rooms with a balcony offer panoramic mountain views. They feature a seating area with cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel Cable Car is a 10-minute walk from the property. You can find and outdoor pool 300 metres. The ski bus stop is 200 metres away. Within 5 km, you can find the Schwarzsee/Kitzbühel Golf course as well as the Schwarzsee lake.

“A short but relaxing winter vacation in a typical Austrian location”
This is already the third guesthouse I have stayed at in Austria and we can say that the experience is quite similar to the previous ones. And like the two previous experiences, the keyword is quality. In addition, the interaction with the staff was much more pleasant. The gentleman at the reception is always in a contagious good mood, and the lady who is in charge of serving the meal is very helpful and pleasant. The guesthouse is very clean, the WI-FI quality is good and the breakfast component is sufficient. The guesthouse is relatively close to the train station and nearby there is a bus stop for lines connecting neighboring towns (including Kitzbuhel). For those staying here in winter, it is important to mention that very close is CHAIR LIFT E1 Gaisberg with an absolutely fabulous 3.5 km toboggan run, both for children and adults. In conclusion, it was a very positive, typically Austrian experience and a relaxing vacation.

“Perfect location very close to the slopes in a pitoresque city”
Everything was perfect and it felt like that since we arrived. From the closiness to the slopes and the center of the town, to the hospitality of the hosts and everything about the facilities. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean, cosy and we also slept perfectly. It took us 3 min to get to the ski parking that we preffered (more are available very close by) and we also travelled by train to Kitzbuhel, which is free for the tourists. The saunas are also great and breakfast was fresh and varied. 10+ from us and we really look forward to come back here next year.

“Excellent stay, the place to be back once more!”
Very good location and super friendly staff. Three saunas (traditional Finnish, steam and infrared) available - great relaxation after skiing. Breakfast was plentiful, however from hot food there was only boiled eggs, would be nice to add fried eggs/omelette/bacon/sausages, but overall breakfast was good

“Charming and comfortable”
The sauna is great after a day of skiing. The breakfast is excellent. Well located in the middle of town, close to bus for the ski lift and close to restaurants

“Perfect stay”
Great location for walking into town and probably for skiing back at the end of the day. At the time we went there wasn't enough snow to ski back. Excellent breakfast, good coffee, fresh and good variety. Hosts were wonderfully friendly, helpful & so nice, we felt really welcomed. Rooms are spacious and cosy. View of the mountains is great. Thanks!

“A fabulous find, everything was super!”
What a fabulous find! The location was perfect, a short walk from the town centre which meant there were uninterrupted views of the mountains and it was quiet on an evening. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the lady serving was very friendly and helpful - she filled our flask every morning so that we could enjoy a cup of tea during our mountain walks. The room was very clean and the bed comfy.

I was expecting to see an empty green field from our balcony instead there is one large building! However there was still a decent on either side.
