Only 5 km away from Kitzbühel, Alpen Glück Villa Lisa is located in central Kirchberg in Tirol. It offers a garden and a wellness area. Staff was very friendly and supportive. I was allowed to use sauna on the day of check out after a day skiing which was ace! Boot room and skies room are great. Breakfast was amazing as well: fuels you for a day.

“Great hotel in great price”
Nice and cozy hotel, located just 10 min by car from Kitzbühel. Room is spacious, bed comfortable and rooms have a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice and spacious room with big balcony and hanger for clothes on the balcony. Good mountain view and very quiet. The beds were super comfy. High quality big screen TV.

“If you're looking for a nice and quiet hotel, in a great ski area, Villa Lisa is a great choice.”
This is a small and very cosy hotel, with a fantastic friendly staff! The rooms are nice, and the hotel is very quiet. The location is great, with only a 5 minute to the center of Kirchberg, where we found a variety of shops and restaurants. It is also located near the skilifts (maybe not walking distance, we never tried since we had a rental car), but for sure it's walking distance to the Skibus. The breakfast is good, very nice presented and with small variations every day. The Sauna area is nice and clean, with a nice relax area as well. But we did miss a bit more facilities, like a Jacuzzi or a steambath, that would have been nice.
