Plenty of amenities, passes to the onsen, yukata robes. The place is about 5 mins from the station and about 10 mins from the majority of the onsen, it’s super convenient.

There is only good things to say about this place. Firstly, the host is incredible. He is so friendly and kind and accommodating. He communicates as best he can and uses Google translate to fill in the gaps. Secondly, the cleanliness of this place puts absolutely everything else to shame. It was spotless. You can tell that so much love goes into caring for this accommodation. It's beautifully decorated, the amenities are amazing with a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, slippers and fresh yukatas provided for each day. Thirdly, the beds are so comfortable and so is the bath!! Lastly, the location is perfect. The accommodation exits into a back alleyway and is right off the main street. The station is ridiculously close and you can walk the main parts of town in 10 minutes. The overall vibe of this place made us not want to step outside and stay forever.

Our host met us on entry and went through everything we needed to know. He was really friendly and helpful. The room is more like a small apartment. Really beautifully laid out. Location is fantastic, the back of the building so its quiet but close enough that everything is on the doorstep. The Yakata provided was excellent. Everybody in town wore them so it didnt feel odd, in fact it was a very special experience. And obviously the onsens are fantastic.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The photos don't do it justice. We were made to feel very welcome and were given thorough explanations about the amenities and the town.

“Luxury in the heart of Kinosakionsen”

Our stay at Terakawa’s beautiful ryokan in Kinosakionsen has been the highlight of our first trip to Japan. Everything about it is gorgeous, comfortable and a little bit of luxury! It is a one-room property so we felt very looked after. Our host Terakawa kindly fitted us with stunning yukata of our choosing upon arrival, to wear to the onsens each day. (Entry price to all six onsens in the town is included.) The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom with private onsen bath is gorgeous, and the location of the property (1 minute walk to Kinosakionsen Station) is right in the heart of everything in the town. The town itself is absolutely beautiful and we loved our stay there. Highly recommended!

Location 1 minute from train station. Easy to find, look at pic of shop front online. Host communicates via email prior to arrival. Rooms beautiful, Yakuta provided plus passes for onsens. Not a single complaint, the host is incredibly helpful. 👌

A Wonderful Stay in Kinosaki Onsen We had a fantastic time at this accommodation! The room was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had a charming traditional Japanese style—just what we were looking for. What really stood out was the warm hospitality: the host gave us a friendly and helpful introduction upon arrival, making us feel welcome right away. The location is excellent—peaceful, yet just a short walk from the public onsen, restaurants, and the train station. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, spotless, and well-located place with a personal touch. We’d love to come back someday!

“A truly magical and unforgettable stay!!”

We (a couple) stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Our Japanese was not so great so he was more than happy to communicate with us via Booking.com and Google Translate. Our host even provided us to choose (from many options!!!) a yukata to wear around town and demonstrated the correct way to wear as it was our first time. The location was perfect-extremely close to the train station and Main Street, yet was peaceful and quiet. The traditional style room was BEAUTIFUL and the included amenities exceeded our expectations. A truly magical and memorable stay!

“Fantastic gorgeous, luxury stay! a Must if you are in Kinosaki!”

fantastic stay, WOW! If you are looking for THE Japanese hospitality experience, look no further, THIS is the place! To find the spot was a little difficult, as is a fish shop, but the locals were super nice and when I've asked for directions (the fish shop next door), they kindly took me to the right place. The staff has limited English, but Google translate helped and everything was fantastic. From the kind check in: -dried my luggage (was pouring rain that day), and they brought it upstairs for me -I got to choose my yucatas for each day, they have many beautiful choices to look you best -information about the town, places to eat, explore -passes for all town onsens included with your stay -rain boots and umbrellas given, as was pouring rain, this was such a cherry on top! The room is GORGEOUS, and huge, had so much space! The bath is like a spa experience, with the window looking outside, just magical. the beds super comfortable, some of my best sleeps I had in Japan; you can make you own hot drinks in the room, robes to lounge in your room, individual private entry, just beautiful! Check out easy, they offer to take me photos holding a crab, so funny. I had my luggage delivered to Hiroshima, an extra cost, great service to travel light in between places. I wish I did the stay with meals included, beautiful place, I would be back some day!

So so so nice. Host super sweet and helpful. We got beautiful Yucatan's that we could have during the trip. Bathtub was great - crab dinner was great. Also loved the projector.
