“Great property, stunning vistas, lovely host.”

Stunning location above the beautiful village of Kini. Joseph the host was very attentive but not intrusive. Although there were other guests it felt like we had plenty of space to chill and look out over the amazing views.

I have just spent twelve days in this wonderful place. The view, especially at sunset, was glorious. Plenty of choices where to see it. Hammock , swing seat or tables and chair by the small but pristine pool. Joseph and Pan went above and beyond when there was a mix up on my arrival and solved it quickly and generously. I needed a rest and quiet it was perfect for me. The whole place was spotless,thanks to Maria, and tasteful. The walk up and down to the beach was good for my calf muscles 😃 There are gorgeous beaches Kini, Lotos and Delphini which you can get to by bus or take the scenic costal path, its definitely worth the walk. The filtered water station was a great bonus so you could refill your bottle as often as you needed. Joseph was very jovial and helped me with my attempts at improving my Greek which always ended in laughter. Yes, stay here.You won't be disappointed. Exellent Value for money too.

Loved the apartment and the view from our deck. The only problem really was the access. That hill must be 45 degrees steep! We solved the problem by hiring a quad bike!

It was a quiet location, with all the amenities we wanted, just a few minutes' walk from two beaches and the main town. Our host, Joseph, was particularly helpful and welcoming, and the person who cleaned our apartment was always friendly and took the time to talk with us. It was also a lovely place from which to watch the sun rise and set.

Everything - its an absolutely stunning place with incredible hosts! You can feel the love and care in everything, not only were the rooms beautifully decorated, but the whole property is STUNNING. Honestly its one of those places where you both want to share it with everyone you know and keep it a secret because its so special. Joseph and Pan were so warm and caring, absolute loveliest hosts we've ever met, who made us feel so welcome and cared for. The 12€ breakfast was very good value for money, and incredible to be able to have it with the view! They also provide 2 big glass bottles and have an filtered water tap, so no need to buy and carry water up the hill, which is fantastic. Yet another touch that shows how much they've thought they've put into everything. And Kini itself - it was a truly wonderful place to have a holiday we went to a different restaurant every night and loved each one. The hosts also provide a list of their recommendations with descriptions for each one - and will happily give you suggestions in person. Even if you, like us, don't hire a car there is plenty to do especially if you're up for a hike. One week was not enough! Will definitely be returning, and bragging about it for years to come

The stunning views, the wonderful warm welcome and helpfulness of Joseph and Pan. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed. Major pluses were having the pool to cool odd in after the climb up and having the water stations to save lugging water bottles up there.

It was very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, hosts were lovely, always ready to help even if it didn't really concern them, I was like a child and somebody took care of me (angels ?), they brought breakfast to the terrace with a smile, I miss them a lot. Enough space, kitchen is big, well equipped with the beg fridge , even if we didn't cook a lot, hosts are respectful to environment and sort the waste which is wonderful. See view, fresh swimming pool a lot of equipment. Not far from Hermoupolis , our hosts gave us a time table, bus is comfortable with the clim.

The hosts are the sweetest people you find Greece. And the location and rooms were absolutely stunning.
