Very friendly hosts. Good location a bit outside of the center. Nicely decorated and stylish room. Restaurant next door is a good option although it might be a bit expensive depends on what you choose.

Wonderful stay lovely location really genuine people. Really good greek food prepared on site at very reasonable prices highly recommended at anytime. The apartment are located in Kini, around 300 meters from the beach. The beach is sandy, not deep, clean and recommended for families. Our apartment had four beds and a little kitchenette with everything one needs. We hade a large veranda with sea view. The hosts are very kind and friendly and always available. We enjoyed really enjoyed our stay.

“This accommodation is a STAR!”

Marianna, the owner was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. We appreciated her being around at all times in the same building. The restaurant on the premises is of a Greek style and we found the food to be very delicious. The prices were also very agreeable, for example the moussaka was €7.50 and was very filling and full of flavour. Half a litre of wine was €3.50 and of a decent quality. Our room was number 3 and it had 2 windows plus french windows opening on to a large balcony overlooking scenic mountain views and a lovely blue sky with stars and moon at night . It had a double bed plus another single if needed, a table and chairs for eating at the other end with sink and 2 ring electric hob. I think some rooms had an oven also but we managed to cook a meal quite easily. All furniture was well maintained and stylish decor. Everything worked, including WiFi in the room. Linen and floors clean and altogether we'll kept. Garden lovely and surrounding area quiet with no traffic. Buses were very cheap to get around and quite regular. We used the buses to get to another part of the island, then do some hiking and catch a bus back. Nice beach about 5 minutes walk away and a local supermarket en route. Restaurants along the sea front if you wish but food and prices very good at the apartments. As travellers over many years to Greece and its islands, we can certainly recommend you to stay here. “Best vacation ever!”

As a family with children, the best vacation ever! First, all the members of the family that runs the place are extremely nice, open and friendly. Then the rooms are very clean and comfortable, it is quiet and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend their restaurant as well. The food was absolutely delicious, always with fresh and quality ingredients and very affordable prices. We ate almost every day something different. Once we went to eat on the beach to see the sunset at one of the best reviewed restaurants in Kini, but the food was not worth it. Isidoros and his mother cooked for us like for their family and along with Alfonsos happily met all of our needs and special requirements. We will definitely return!

All fabulous, where to begin! Lovely family, Mariana speaks good English and French and is an excellent cook, food is available on the new traditional garden terrace, all home cooked all delicious and very reasonably priced. The room, gardens and pathways are beautifully done with lovely touches and attention to detail. Everthing was Immaculately clean, rooms cleaned daily, lovely silky cotton sheets, fluffy soft towels. The sheets were changed midweek and towels 3 times! . Beautiful view and great location a couple of minutes stroll from the Kini beach. Cannot recommend more highly

“Amazing location, extremely nice hosts - great experience”

The hosts were so extremely nice and willing to make it a nice time for us. There’s also the possibility to order food and drinks from early till very late at the hotel and it was really delicious and cheap! The whole hotel is so cute and comfortable and the beautiful beach is just a few minutes by walking!

“Sea, sun, beaches, good food”

Beautiful room, with a nice terrace, comfortable double bed, functional, clean, in Cycladic style (white and blue). Breakfast was not included but available and I must say excellent. The managers are kind, helpful, very easy going. Upon request, I came to pick me up at the port of Ermoupoli and brought me back at the end of the holiday. I strongly recommend trying dinner at Apopertiris, get advice, Marianna is an excellent cook and genuine ingredients and 0 km at an honest price. I discovered here some traditional dishes. I felt really at ease, Isidoris, Alfonso and all,have always proved to be available and full of information and suggestion. An unforgettable vacation. The location of Aposperitis room is 200 meters from the main street of Kini, in the middle of a garden. The area is quiet and in any case within walking distance of the clubs (restaurants, pubs).

We loved our stay here with this beautiful family! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The taverna is excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location perfect. The building itself is gorgeous. We loved sitting on our terrace with coffees or wines. And we very much enjoyed dinners at the taverna. Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere created by the family. We can't wait to return one day!

Everything was just perfect. Kind and helpfull owners, deliciouse food, clean and very nice equiped apartments and also quiet location. We really had a good time.

The aparments are spaceouse and very nice equiped, clean. I think that a food is the best that you can find on the island. We had almost every day diner at their restaurant. The owners are very kind and always there to help you. We really felt like at home...If we will come some day on Syros we will surely choose the same apartments.

“Best holidays ever at Aposperitis !!”

Very charming place. Alonso, Isidore and Marianna are such welcoming, helping hosts. They serve one of the best food on the island. Very clean rooms. Calm area away from the noisy beach but close to the supermarket. We had the chance to have a lovely terrasse with our child so she could play there. THE CHARM OF THE ISLAND IS APOSPERITIS.

The location is good in a walking distance to the beach and taverns and the personnel was friendly.
