“Fab hotel - perfect central location in Kingston”
Good central location, fab, clean, modern and comfortable rooms - exactly what we were expecting. Breakfast options were a highlight too - the local Jamaican breakfast is a must have!!!

“Best customer service”
From start to finish, I can not stress how amazing AC hotel is from the security ,receptionist, and ladies at the breakfast bar. Everyone is just amazing.i can not find one fault. My family loved their stay. I will definitely be back, but I can't forget the staff that was setting up the games on the 23-7-25 . It's just amazing. Thank you, AC hotel

Very clean and large room, the staff ate excellent; very responsive and great advice on taxis and other transport options. Decent gym. The bar is excellent, and whilst the restaurant menu is tasty, there is very little local cuisine. Seems aimed at the USA market.

The breakfast was good but I rather the dinner the dinner was a 10,the location was nice I found the hotel pretty easy. Check-in was smooth, had a private dinner for 2 exceeded my expectation

“I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Kingston, a great experience had.”
The staff were amazing - notably Suelan Ford and the restaurant manager who assisted with an emergency hospital situation. The staff were attentive and kind. The security went above and beyond to ensure we were safe. The gym facilities were amazing and clean. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and tidy. Housekeeping does a wonderful job.

I’ve used the hotel for the last 7 years. Both in individual and group booking. staff are some of the best in Jamaica and totally consistent.
