Coffee in the room could be better

Very nice and clean !

The room was simple as expected and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was also simple/small but it was a nice addition. We enjoyed the coffee/tea amenities provided, and the access to a sink and mini fridge.

No because they don’t give back the deposit and I ask for a prof they don’t event give and I left all good I didt damage nothing

The breakfast was great!! It's always so great to wake up and have a nice and delicious breakfast like the one at this hotel!! We went swimming and the water was great temperature and fun. The little toys they have, our son enjoyed it so much. And he could be as loud as he wanted and not bother a single person. It was so much fun. The hotel was clean, staff was great and I love how they have restaurants and stuff stores, dupatta, domino's and etc around. All in a quick trip outside the hotel. Love this hotel.

The location was amazing, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was basic but clean with all necessities provided. Room was a comfortable temperature.

My experience with this hotel's staff was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple assurances from the front desk over the phone that my request to shift my one-night Kingston reservation by a day and add another night was feasible, the hotel manager ultimately proved inflexible. This inflexibility resulted in my losing the $158.99 cost of the original booking. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding this hotel chain in the future. In contrast, my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston was excellent, costing less and offering exceptional comfort – a decision I highly recommend.

Quite comfortable rooms at a very good price. Perfect location. Beds were super comfortable.

Horrible this place is absolutely horrible. Not only did they refused to take my credit card, but they wouldn’t take my sister’s credit card and said that she has poor credit score….. Pardon me??? How is a hotel able to access Equifax? This was my second time staying here. I had issues similar the first time, but they allowed me to use my sister credit card. Yes, the same one with apparently bad credit? Make it make sense after knowing I drove four hours to the location. They did not even try to help me find a different accommodation. The staff at the front were speaking in a different language, laughing at the situation at the end of the day everything worked out for the better because I got to stay in a much better hotel, that was actually worth the money that I was spending and ironically, both of our credit cards were perfectly fine for that location… Imagine that! never again when I stay at this hotel

“Adequate providing I took extra security measures”

We were on the ground floor & the lock on the sliding door did not work. There was an additional security catch installed but the door could be opened enough to allow anyone with a knife to slip it up and gain entry into the room.
