“Good from far but far from good.”
1. The location on the waterfront close to downtown Kingston. 2. That it is pet friendly. The dog water bowls in the entrance to the lobby were very welcoming and gave a friendly vibe. 3. Friendly concierge, helpful staff. 4. Amenities - loved the iron and ironing board in the room, the microwave, the pool, the fitness centre, the guest laundry, the breakfast included (breakfast was nice, but not piping hot).

I made my reservation through BOOKING.COM and Front desk refused to give me an official email since this was paid to Booking.com. However, booking.com's webside says ONLY HOTEL can release the official invoice. I am being bounced between these two entities and they pass the task to each other. Unfortunately I need official receipt for my EXPENSE report to Company.

As my sister had just had a hip replacement at Hotel Dieu hospital. The Holiday Inn was able to provide us with a room as she was discharged at 10 PM and there was a snow storm, and we weren't able to drive home.
