“A nice new hotel. Perfect one those who prefer a room with a kitchenet.”
We stayed in a room with kitchenet. It was more than kitchenet - every utensils, pans and even a dishwasher was there. The room was very large and clean. Its location has pros and cons. Newly developed area where needs more works to be done, very close to the huge shopping area, far end of the downtown area which will take 15 minutes by car.

“Definitely worth coming back.”
Rooms were spacious and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Real size fridge and microwave were great. But most importantly, housekeeping service were on demand only (we hate it when our room is cleaned and towels changed every day). Also great was the customer service, the messages checking on us frequently. They created a nice feeling of people caring about us but where subtle enough not to overwhelm. Although we were not travelling with a pet, seeing so many pets around was nice. Staff was exceptional, they were sincerely kind and nice, resourceful and caring while respecting boundaries.

Lovely rooms, spacious, clean and stocked well. Beds very comfortable. Liked having the kitchen and room was quiet. Excellent customer service.
